The Art Deco era design features a vibrant, long-tailed golden pheasant resting on a branch, surrounded by multicolored floral swags and finished with a distinct geometric patterned gold rim. GOLDEN PHEASANT pattern was produced by MZ Altrohlau in Czechoslovakia -- the green backstamp, with the inclusion of CM-R on the logo, was primarily used 1920-1930's.
The small oval dish measures 9" long x 5" wide, 1 3/4" tall, and is in good vintage condition -- no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches, discoloration. We do note a one of the flowers on the border is missing some detail.
