Amazing and unique work of art, from Josh Simpson. Item appears to be from his Inhabited Planet series. The artist, who has a great fascination with Space, creates inspired, unique pieces of art from glass. It's fantastic to view this large size contemporary marble under a magnifying glass to see the detail, colors and textures used.
This glass globe measures 1.39" in diameter, and comes with a brochure and a plastic 'ring' for the round item to sit on a flat surface.
Item is in good vintage condition -- no chips, nicks, scratches.
