Blue and white scenic plate, depicting "Wayland Baptist College," Plainview, Texas. The center artwork is the old college building, chartered in 1908, and was commissioned by the Baptist Convention of Texas for the purpose of "providing christian education for all races." First Edition, Golden anniversary 1958-59.
Dinner plate measures 10 1/4", Transfer is various shades of blue on a white plate. Good vintage condition -- no chips, deep scratches, nicks, or repairs.
