The beautiful pair of Wedgwood jasperware dishes portray the original seal of New York on one and Philip Livingston, signature in gold, on the other. The series was produced to commemorate the Bicentennial of American Independence. Each set portrays the seal of one of the original Thirteen states, which supported the Declaration of Independence, and one of the State's Representatives who signed it.
Each dish measures 4 1/2." Set is in original box, and are in excellent condition. The box is showing wear from use, prolonged storage.
